I appreciated the hotel's location. It was near many attractions and subway lines. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions. the room was clean, with comfortable beds ensuring a restful night. having a coffee machine in the room was a great addition.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. I enjoyed being close to the Empire State Building. The staff was always smiling and eager to assist with directions! The room was very clean. I felt comfortable during my entire stay.
The room felt somewhat small. I believe it could benefit from a more efficient layout.
